At Bomeu, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and provide refunds for bags that have:
- Major manufacturing defects that significantly impact the bag’s functionality or appearance
- Substantial damage that affects the bag’s structural integrity
- Serious quality issues that prevent the product from being used as intended
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item must be returned in original packaging with all tags included
Non-Returnable Situations
To maintain fair pricing and product standards, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Minor imperfections such as small scratches or slight stitching variations
- Slight color differences due to screen display variations
- Natural material characteristics such as leather grain variations or natural marks
- Temporary odors from new materials (these usually disappear after airing)
- Changes in personal preference regarding style, color, or size
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for:
- The cost of return shipping
- Arranging the return shipment
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bomeu is not responsible for lost return packages.
Time-Sensitive Policies
Address Changes & Reshipping

Within 24 hours of placing your order:
Address changes or corrections can be made free of charge. -
After 24 hours:
Orders are already in the fulfillment process and cannot be redirected.
Order Cancellations

Within 12 hours of purchase:
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. -
After 12 hours:
Orders have entered our packaging and shipping process and cannot be cancelled.
Return Process for Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us
Email us at support@bomeu.com with your order number.
2. Provide Evidence
Include clear photos showing:
- The defective area from multiple angles
- The entire product
- Packaging and labels
- Well-lit images clearly showing the issue
3. Review & Approval
Our quality team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Return Shipment
If the return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Photo review: 24–48 hours
- Return inspection: 3–5 business days
- Refund issued: 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Please note that processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
